Business Analyst

Must Have Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Agile Methodology, Agile/SAFe knowledge
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• High sense of urgency, proactivity, teamwork, communication, and time management
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience working with engineering teams or organizations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Understanding of Capex/Opex
• Financial understanding
• Power BI skills

Responsibilities:

• Support the operations team and work closely with accounting and engineering teams on high-visibility, high-financial-impact projects
• Take ownership and execute assigned tasks timely with accountability
• Analyze Excel data, derive insights, and present findings to reporting managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, finance, engineering, and operations to discuss gaps, follow-ups, and pain points
• Support the Capex program by preparing monthly memos and reports
• Participate in Excel and JIRA tests as part of the interview process
