Operations Executive - Partnerships

Job Summary

YOUGotaGift is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive Partnerships to assist in the daily operations of the Partnership Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by maintaining trackers, sourcing marketing collateral, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Internal Operations:

• Maintain and update various Excel trackers on a daily and weekly basis.
• Identify and escalate concerns requiring immediate action.
• Track and resolve customer complaints related to the Partnership Team by coordinating

with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Merchant Operations:

• Assist in managing relationships with new and existing merchants, including updating

content and fulfilling merchant requests.

• Support stock management in collaboration with the Finance and Customer Support teams.
• Monitor and escalate action points to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 12 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the Arabic language is an added advantage.
