Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases, and wireframes where required.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
