CognitBotz Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Scrum Master and Project Delivery, along with exposure to Agentic AI and RPA technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of automation and AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement gathering and documentation processes.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee project delivery and agile execution as a Scrum Master.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for AI and RPA integration.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
