Role Description

This full-time, on-site Associate Business Analyst role is based in Ahmedabad. The Associate Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve business processes, delivering detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into efficient solutions. The role involves continuous communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Senior Business Analyst.

Experience : 3-4 years,

Proven experience of working with IT Service

Strong in logical reasoning and aptitude

Excellent written & verbal English skills

Good in explaining ideas

Good logical skills

Optimistic in nature

Enthusiastic to learn new technology

Be highly motivated to initiate projects and work under aggressive deadlines

Having experience to work in service-based company

Good Knowledge of SDLC

Familiar with pre sales activity and document like BRD and Scope document

Understanding the whole software project scope and preparing various document like Feature list, Scope of Work, Functional Requirement Doc(FRD), SRS etc.

Should be good at communicating, presenting ideas to clients

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide strategic insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with teams effectively
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
