Job Title: Business Analyst - AI
About the Job
We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for AI-powered agent systems.
This role is critical in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that solutions are aligned with user needs and strategic goals.
The Business Analyst will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define use cases, optimize workflows, and support the delivery of intelligent agent-based solutions.
Exposure to Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities domains is highly desirable, including understanding of industry value chains and existing business solutions in the market.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI-driven products.
- Identify and evaluate high-impact use cases for agentic workflows and automation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using AI capabilities.
- Support product managers in backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Conduct data analysis to validate assumptions and measure product impact.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay informed on AI trends, agent ecosystems, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI, technology, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI capabilities.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Exposure to 3 industries, They should know mfg domain, VC and business solutions in the market
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and data governance.
- Exposure to UX principles and user-centric design thinking.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
