Business Analyst

Role Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our team and help drive strategic decision-making through strong analytical insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, cleaning,analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support cross-functional teams with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data problems

• Extract and analyze data using SQL and Python to generate meaningful insights

• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI for real-time reporting and performance monitoring

• Create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions

• Collaborate with product, operations, and strategy teams to drive data-backed decisions

• Identify opportunities for process improvements using data and suggest automation where

applicable

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health metrics regularly

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analytics role

• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets

• Strong Python skills for data cleaning, transformation, and basic statistical analysis

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (or Tableau) for dashboard development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams
