KeyResponsibilities
Forecasting&Planning
- Develop,maintain,andrefinemodel-wisesalesforecastsalignedwithbusinessgoals.
- LeadSalesInventoryOperationsPlanning(SIOP)tosupportproductionplanningandcapacityalignment.
SalesPipelineManagement
- CoordinatewithallKeyAccountManagers(KAMs)togather,validate,andupdatesalespipelinedata.
- Ensurestandardizationandaccuracyofpipelineinformationacrosssystemsandreports.
BusinessKPITracking&Reporting
Track,analyze,andreportkeyperformanceindicators,includingbutnotlimitedto:
- Salespipelinehealth,funneleffectiveness,andconversionratios
- Revenueforecastsvs.actuals
- Customeracquisition,retention,andchurnmetrics
- Dealaging,probabilityscoring,andclosuretimelines
PerformanceAnalytics&MIS
- DevelopandautomateSalesMISdashboardsusingExcel,PowerBI,orTableau.
- Performvarianceanalysisforactualvs.budgetedsales,identifyingdriversandrecommendingcorrectiveactions.
RFQ&CommercialSupport
- Supportpreparationofcommercialproposals,costbreakdowns,andprofitabilityanalysesforRFQs.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams(Engineering,Finance,SupplyChain)forpricingandcostmodeling.
RevenueTracking&FinancialGovernance
- Trackcustomerbillings,invoicingschedules,anddebitnotestoensureaccuraterevenuerecognition.
- CoordinatewithFinancefortimelypaymentfollow-upandreconciliation.
MarketIntelligence&CompetitorInsights
- Monitorcompetitivepricingtrends,OEMsourcingdevelopments,andindustrypolicyshifts(e.g.,PLIschemes,EVregulations).
- TranslatemarketsignalsintoactionableinsightsforSalesstrategy.
CustomerMasterDataManagement
- OwnandmaintainCustomerMasterDatainERP/CRMplatforms(SAPS/4HANA,Salesforce,etc.).
- Ensurepricingaccuracy,hierarchyupdates,anddatastandardizationacrossbusinessunits.
DataGovernance&ReportingQuality
- Ensureaccuracy,consistency,andstandardizationofdataacrossdashboards,reports,andplanningtools.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementsinreportingframeworksandanalyticsmethodologies.
BusinessReviews&Ad-hocAnalysis
- Supportmonthlyandquarterlybusinessreviews,annualplanningcycles,andspecialanalyticalprojects.
- Generatedata-driveninsightstosupportstrategicdecision-making.
Qualifications&Experience
- Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanicalorElectricalEngineeringOR
- Master'sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,Analytics,orrelatedfields
- 2-3 Year of experience

- Expert-levelAdvancedExcel(PivotTables,PowerQuery,Macros/VBA)
- StrongworkingknowledgeofSQLfordataextractionandmodelling
