We are looking for a dynamic and culturally fluent Arabic-Fluent Business Analyst – AI & Governance to support AI strategy, data governance, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption initiatives across the Middle East region. This is a fully remote role based in India, with periodic short-term travel to the Middle East for workshops, UAT sessions, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions in Arabic for client teams across the Middle East region
• Conduct business analysis activities with a focus on AI strategy, data governance, and technology adoption
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into actionable insights
• Support user acceptance testing, or UAT, activities during on-site assignments
• Produce clear documentation, reports, and presentations in both English and Arabic where required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations

Technical Skills Required

• Native or near-native Arabic fluency, both spoken and written
• Ability to present, facilitate, and negotiate confidently with native Arabic-speaking audiences
• Strong business analysis skills with experience in AI-related projects and/or governance frameworks
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant business analyst, consulting, or advisory role
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
• Deep cultural awareness and interpersonal skills suited to the Middle East business environment
• Willingness and ability to travel to the Middle East for short-term assignments

Good to Have

• Hands-on or working knowledge of Python, including scripting, data analysis, or automation in a business context
• Familiarity with IT and enterprise technology landscapes
• Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• Prior experience working with government or public sector clients in the GCC or wider MENA region

Working Arrangement

This is a fully remote role based in India. Candidates will be expected to travel to the Middle East on short-term assignments for stakeholder workshops, client engagements, and UAT support. Individual trips are expected to be less than one month in duration, with travel frequency agreed in advance.
