Job Description
We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with scalable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and support solution design across Salesforce platforms.

Key Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and process improvements.
- Exposure to team collaboration, mentoring, or leadership responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and implementation.
- Support configuration and optimization across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Participate in requirement reviews, solution validation, and user acceptance processes.
- Monitor KPIs, delivery quality, and process efficiency to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and technical goals.
- Support team coordination, knowledge sharing, and overall delivery alignment.
- Contribute to stakeholder communication, reporting, and documentation.
- Assist in managing multiple priorities and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions.
