Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be capable of translating business needs into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work across the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Agile/Waterfall)
- Prepare and maintain SRS, FRS, DPR, and User Manuals
- Create and manage Product Backlog and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Develop use cases, workflows, wireframes, and screen mockups
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to ensure requirement clarity
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with clients and internal teams
- Identify and resolve issues proactively during project execution
- Analyze complex business processes and provide actionable insights
- Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and requirements
