Job Description – Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Drive data-led process improvements using Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Design standardized processes, dashboards, and automated solutions to support business growth.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability through data.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, data-driven projects.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and insights.
• Implement CAPA using data to improve customer experience.
• Evaluate vendor performance and support supply chain decisions through analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL/Python for data analysis.
• Experience in process improvement and KPI tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Interest in manufacturing and driving business impact.
