Business Analyst

Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a highly experienced and insightful Business Analyst to join our team. This pivotal role requires a professional with extensive experience in UML, Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of the Banking & Finance sector, particularly Wealth Management. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional specifications and design documents.
• Modeling & Documentation: Utilize UML (Unified Modeling Language) to create various diagrams (e.g., use case, activity, sequence diagrams) to visually represent business processes and system interactions.
• Agile Methodology: Act as a key contributor in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Financial Domain Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of the Banking & Finance industry, including specific expertise in Wealth Management products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes and system functionalities.
• Testing Support: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations.

Main Skills

• UML (Unified Modeling Language): Expert proficiency in using UML for modeling business processes and system designs.
• Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), understanding its principles and practices.
• Banking & Finance Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking operations, financial products, and services.
• Wealth Management Expertise: Specialized knowledge and experience within the wealth management sector, including investment products, portfolio management, client advisory, and regulatory compliance.
• MBA Graduate: Preferably an MBA graduate from a reputed institution, demonstrating strong business acumen.
