Role: Windchill PLM Business Analyst

Required Technical Skill Set (Primary): PLM, Windchill, Java, ThingWorx

Experience Range: 8 Years to 12 Years

Job location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune

Detailed Job Description:

Must Have skill:

Worked as business Analyst in PLM Implementations working with Business/end users in understanding business requirements, capturing them as user stories / functional requirements and coordinate with the implementation team in developing/testing solution against requirement specifications

good understanding and working knowledge on Windchill PLM and be able to self-initiate & run the workshops with business to convert the needs into solution requirements

Should have knowledge on o Windchill system/solution development covering configurations, customizations o Windchill Integrations with Legacy/third party applications

Data migration from legacy systems to Windchill systems

MS Office expertise, Technical Documentation

Cross-functional knowledge of Piping/Controls/Instrumentation disciplines

Good written & verbal communication, presentation skills

Good to Have Skill:

Onsite working experience preferably in Retail industry

Exposure to Retail Business processes

Good experience in Java, Windchill customization, Javascript.

Expectations from this Role:

The person should have good understanding on Windchill PLM and be able to self-initiate & run the workshops with business to convert the needs into solution requirements

Comfortable working within cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall planning of projects, recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines.

Effectively communicate requirements and user needs. Takes initiative to achieve value added results and improve upon solutions offered.

Analyze business goals, rules, and processes across various information systems tools and technologies specifically within PTC Windchill PLM system.

Help support team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems within the Windchill PLM system.

Provide end user support, training and mentoring.
