We are hiring Business Analyst for AMGBT Pune location.

Responsibilities

• Role Overview and Reporting: The Business Analyst is a non-supervisory role reporting to a Business Analyst, aimed at analyzing FP&A and performance steering needs, supporting financial analysis, and collaborating with technical teams on data warehouse development.
• Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between FP&A and IT, performing financial and variance analysis, supporting reporting processes, gathering and formalizing business requirements, proposing functional solutions, conducting testing, optimizing processes, and maintaining BI governance including dashboards and user access.
• Behavioral Competencies: Essential behavioral skills include analytical mindset, strong communication, customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability to complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.

Technical Competencies and Requirements: The role requires knowledge of financial statements, FP&A processes, business process mapping, proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools, and understanding of SAP BW and FI modules. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 4-5 years of experience (8+ preferred), and at least B2 level English proficiency

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
