Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams
- Assist in project planning, testing, and implementation
- Maintain documentation of business processes and solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying
- Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
