Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams
• Assist in project planning, testing, and implementation
• Maintain documentation of business processes and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying
• Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
