Job Description

Role Overview -

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that elevate our presence in the education technology space, strengthen our positioning with key audiences (e.g., educators, administrators, learners), and support growth goals through compelling storytelling and integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities -

Brand Strategy -

  • Define, refine, and champion the company's brand voice and value proposition across channels
  • Develop brand positioning that resonates with educators, learners, institutions, and partners.

Campaign Development & Execution -

  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, events, content) that increase awareness, credibility, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches and strategic initiatives.

Content & Creative Leadership -

  • Oversee development of marketing assets videos, presentations, web pages, case studies, thought leadership, and social content that bring the brand narrative to life.
  • Work with internal teams or external agencies to uphold brand consistency across creative executions.

Analytics & Performance -

  • Define KPIs, track brand health metrics, and measure campaign effectiveness to inform optimization.
  • Use data insights to iterate on messaging, targeting, and channel strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, and Events teams to align brand and go-to-market efforts.
  • Support major initiatives like conferences, product rollouts, and RFP responses with tailored brand communications.

Experience & Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 57+ years of brand or marketing experience ideally with exposure to edtech, SaaS, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience translating complex technical or educational concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
