Elevate Now is redefining medical weight loss through clinical expertise, personalized care, and sustainable transformation. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and lead the Elevate Now brand end-to-end.
This role demands a strategic, creative, and execution-strong marketer who can scale a health/medical brand, build trust with consumers, and drive growth through brand building, content, performance integration, and high-impact partnerships.
You will be the brand custodian, responsible for shaping brand identity, crafting communication, leading partnerships, and driving all marketing initiatives across channels.

Responsibilities
Brand Leadership- Own Elevate Now's brand strategy, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints.
- Build a clear, consistent narrative for medical weight loss rooted in trust, expertise, and outcomes.
- Oversee all brand communication across digital, content, product, offline, and internal channels.
Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategiesawareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Lead campaigns across performance, content, social, CRM, influencers, and offline.
- Identify key customer segments and tailor messaging to improve CAC, retention, and LTV.
- Manage external agenciescreative, digital, production, influencers, PR.
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations- Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships with complementary categories (fitness, wellness, nutrition, diagnostics, gyms, apps, lifestyle, insurance, etc.).
- Build co-branded campaigns, events, and programs that enhance Elevate Now's trust and reach.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder for all partnership-led initiativesstrategy, communication, execution, and measurement.
Content & Creative Ownership- Drive the content engine: brand films, expert-led content, patient stories, ads, social media, influencer content, and thought leadership.
- Ensure a high standard of storytelling aligned with the brand's scientific credibility and emotional impact.
Customer Insights & Analytics- Leverage data, research, and user insights to refine brand messaging, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Track brand health metrics, campaign performance, and customer journey KPIs.
- Use analytics to guide strategy, experimentation, and budget decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership- Collaborate closely with product, sales, clinical teams, and leadership to ensure brand alignment across the business.
- Support leadership with strategic communication, GTM plans, and internal brand culture initiatives.
Requirements- 510 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or growth roles (healthcare, wellness, consumer brands preferred).
- Proven success in brand-building, partnerships, and 360 marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content marketing, and consumer journeys.
- Ability to manage campaigns end-to-endfrom strategy to creative to execution.
- Experience working with agencies, influencers, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or consumer/health-tech company is a strong plus.
