Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executivewith 12 years of professional experience, within the technology startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contemporary social media trendsand digital marketing practices. This role will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Create and manage high-quality digital content in alignment with current platform trends and brand guidelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid media initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and content enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand communication.
- Manage online communities and assist in fostering meaningful engagement with target audiences.
- Stay updated with industry developments, social media algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools to ensure best-in-class execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 12 years of experiencein a marketing role, within a tech startup or digital-first organization.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, content formats, and digital audience behaviour.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Foundational understanding of SEO paid advertising (Google/Meta), and email marketing tools is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects within defined timelines.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
