Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Assistant Brand Manager who will be closely involved in brand building, content execution, and design management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of creativity and execution, ensuring the brand's visual and communication language stays sharp, premium, and consistent across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms digital, packaging, client presentations, and collaterals
- Translate brand vision into compelling visual and written communication
- Work on brand storytelling for new launches, collections, and partnerships
2. Content Management
- Own and manage the content calendar across digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content creation (social media, website, campaigns)
- Review and refine content to ensure alignment with brand tone, aesthetics, and positioning
3. Design & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and creative agencies
- Develop clear briefs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
- Maintain strong control over visual aesthetics, packaging design, and brand guidelines
4. Agency & Vendor Management
- Act as a key point of contact for creative and digital agencies
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables
- Ensure campaigns and assets are executed as per brand standards
5. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
- Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless rollout
- Track campaign performance and optimize ongoing initiatives
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or content-led roles (beauty, lifestyle, luxury preferred)
- Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and detail
- Experience in handling agencies and managing creative workflows
- Good understanding of social media and digital content trends
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
