Job Description

Job Title: Brand Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: 736, Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon (Onsite)

Working Hours: 11AM-7PM, Monday- Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday OFF)

Reporting To: CEO / Head of Marketing

We're looking for a creative Brand Manager who will translate our brand to life visually and experientially. This role is perfect for someone who thinks in images, colours, and experiences- a creative storyteller who can translate brand strategy into stunning visual execution that makes people stop, look, and feel something.

Key Responsibilities

  • Art direct and lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce product shoots.
  • Develop and execute social media and content strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals, overseeing content calendar, product launches, creative layouts across platforms.
  • Own day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Lead execution of design for Qua's visual content across all platforms: social media graphics, digital ads, email creative, presentation decks, print materials
  • Execute integrated content marketing initiatives, including website, blogs, social media, and performance ads, while supporting SEO/SMO efforts.
  • Collaborate with agencies, showrooms, and external partners to execute campaigns, promotions, and brand events seamlessly.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns, including talent partnerships, seeding, and VIP gifting initiatives.
  • Develop signature content franchises that engage audiences and build community
  • Implement annual marketing calendars, analysing KPIs across social media, influencer campaigns, events, and email marketing to optimise performance.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints while allowing room for creative innovation.
  • Measure impact and performance of campaigns and other marketing activities.

Key Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in fashion/ lifestyle, D2C
  • Portfolio showing creative work, content you've created, and campaigns you've managed
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
  • Relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
