Introduction About Role
Lead revenue growth for assigned brands by blending brand strategy, performance marketing, creative collaboration and client partnership a hybrid Brand + Account lead focused on measurable outcomes.
You'll coordinate and own deliverables (internal + client), and you'll own the growth agenda: strategy, tests, creative ideas, CRO, paid uplift and everything that moves revenue. You are the growth owner for the brands you manage.
Requirements that are must to have
- End-to-end brand growth for 24 assigned brands: revenue, retention, acquisition efficiency and creative impact.
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery: media plans, creative briefs, landing pages, email flows, reporting and post-mortems.
- Lead strategy & idea generation: ad concepts, audience tests, funnel experiments, promotions, partnerships and CRO initiatives.
- Translate business goals into measurable marketing plans and tests (hypothesis experiment learn scale).
- Be the client's primary strategic partner: run growth reviews, present performance, recommend next steps and align internal teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Performance (media buyers), Creative (design + video), Product/Tech (web/CRO), and Accounts.
- Maintain clean performance dashboards, action trackers and a prioritized roadmap of experiments.
- Ensure high quality & timeliness of deliverables reduce rework and ensure creative meets performance needs.
MUST Have:
- Experience: 3+ years working in performance marketing / brand growth roles agency-side or in-house DTC brands.
- Hands-on in performance: Proven track record driving measurable revenue improvements via paid channels (Meta / Google / other) and conversion optimisations.
- Cross-functional coordination: Experience working tightly with creative teams and media buyers to launch campaigns that moved business metrics.
- Test & data-first: Comfortable designing A/B tests, interpreting results and turning insights into scaled actions.
- E-commerce familiarity: Strong understanding of funnels, checkout flows, product pages, retention tactics (email/SMS), and key metrics (AOV, CAC, LTV, ROAS).
- Communication: Confident presenting to founders/CMOs, managing client expectations, and running strategy calls.
- Operational rigor: Excellent at planning, tracking actions, and closing loops (SOPs, trackers, briefs, timelines).
- Mindset: Proactive, creative, ruthless about priorities and productively stubborn in getting results.
Day-to-Day
- Morning: Review dashboards (revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, inbox for client asks), prioritise tests.
- Midday: Run creative brief session with designers; align audiences and budgets with media buyers.
- Afternoon: Analyse test results, prepare client update, or draft new experiment briefs.
- End of day: Update roadmap, note blockers, and ensure action items have owners.
