Performance & Brand Marketing Manager | Gradeon Global, Noida

Own lead generation for our flagship 1-year PG programs and hand admissions a qualified pipeline

About Gradeon Global

Gradeon Global is launching its flagship postgraduate programs. They are built for a job market that is changing faster than the traditional 2-year MBA can keep up with. Our focus is 1-year PG programs built around the skills employers are hiring for right now. The programs are designed and taught by working industry professionals, with global exposure and learning opportunities built in.

We're building a lean team, and we need a Marketing Manager who can turn performance marketing into a steady flow of qualified leads for our admissions team, especially from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

About the Role

This is a performance-first, single-owner marketing role. Your core job is lead generation: building and running paid campaigns that deliver quality leads at a predictable cost, which the admissions team can then counsel and convert into enrolments. BTL activations support the digital engine, and you will own those too. You'll work closely with the Admissions Head and leadership, and we expect you to build, test and optimise hands-on, not just manage agencies.

What You'll Own

Performance marketing (primary focus): planning, running and scaling paid campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn, with clear targets for lead volume, cost per lead and lead quality
Lead funnel and conversion architecture: landing pages, lead forms, A/B testing and creative testing, plus WhatsApp-led nurturing so leads arrive admission-ready
Lead handoff to admissions: CRM integration, lead scoring and qualification rules, and fast response workflows, so the admissions team gets clean, prioritised leads they can act on right away
Tracking and attribution: pixel and conversion API setup, UTM discipline, and dashboards that show spend, CPL, cost per application and cost per enrolment, by channel, city and campaign
Closed-loop optimisation: working with admissions weekly on lead-to-enrolment conversion, then shifting budget toward the campaigns, audiences and cities that actually convert
BTL and on-ground support: college and campus engagement, education expos and local events in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, designed to feed the same lead funnel
Budget and vendor management: lean budget planning, and management of freelancers, creative resources and any external agencies

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of hands-on Performance & Brand marketing experience, with a clear focus on lead generation for a premium 1-year business or management program (PGDM, PGP, executive PG or similar) as the product
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and enrolments from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and an understanding of how students and parents there evaluate and decide
Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with demonstrated ownership of budgets, CPL targets and campaign scaling
Strong command of CRM tools, marketing automation, tracking and attribution, and comfort with funnel metrics such as CPL, CAC, lead-to-application and lead-to-enrolment conversion
Experience running BTL activations alongside digital is a strong plus
Ability to work independently and move fast in a lean, early-stage environment
