Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence and lead strategic communication across digital platforms. This role involves developing impactful brand narratives, driving social media strategy, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels. The ideal candidate understands digital behaviour, brand positioning, and creative storytelling.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute brand and social media strategies that enhance awareness and engagement.
- Manage content creation (posts, articles, videos, campaigns) in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across digital and offline communication.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand relevant and updated.
- Collaborate with internal teams design, marketing, and development to execute brand initiatives.
- Support campaign planning, product launches, and corporate communications.
Qualifications & Skills- Proven experience in Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Communication.
- Strong understanding of SMO, content strategy, and digital engagement.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and measure campaign performance.
- Familiarity with social media tools and management platforms.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple platforms and coordinating campaigns is an added advantage.
