Our client is a fast-growing ecommerce startup looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to shape and grow our brand identity. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, enhancing customer perception, and driving brand engagement across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for building iconic consumer brands.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Bengaluru. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. Daily tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing product positioning, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with business goals. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

  • IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
  • Expertise in Brand Management(e-commerce/D2C), Product Positioning, and developing effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong Analytical skills for interpreting market trends and targeting strategies
  • Knowledge and experience in Creative Direction, Content Strategy, and Visual Brand Identity
  • Excellent Project Management, Communication, and Leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms for Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Competitive Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in brand management or marketing roles is a strong advantage
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
