Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead and manage regional operations across multiple lines of business within the Mobile Technical Services framework
- Drive operational excellence through standardization of processes and implementation of best practices
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple client portfolios
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Financial Management & Performance
- Manage regional P&L and monitor key financial performance metrics
- Develop and execute budget plans, cost optimization strategies, and financial forecasts
- Track operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, account teams, and service partners
- Collaborate with internal platform teams and business leaders to align regional objectives
- Partner with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure service excellence
- Act as a key escalation point for operational and client-related issues
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional operations teams to enhance technical and leadership capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Set clear performance goals and monitor team progress
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
- Implement governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive innovation in service delivery models and technical operations
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategies and regional priorities
Technical & Industry Alignment
- Oversee operations related to HVAC, electrical systems, and fire & safety services
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices in engineering services
- Support multi-site operations management and service consistency across locations
