The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for banca channel employees to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for bank staff and relationship managers on insurance products
- Develop and implement training modules for new hires and existing employees
- Drive sales productivity through effective training initiatives
- Identify training needs through performance analysis
- Coordinate with sales teams to align training with business goals
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 2–5 years of experience in training (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of banca channel and insurance products
- Ability to motivate and influence teams
