Branch Manager

Candidate should be any Graduate/Post Graduate.

Should have 4 years of experience in Two wheeler finance industry.

Should be able to generate two wheeler business from dealership.

Core responsibilities:

• Leadership and staff management:Motivate, train, and develop employees;oversee hiring and performance evaluations.
• Operations management:Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.
• Sales and business development:Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, grow the customer base, and increase market share.
• Financial management:Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.
• Customer service:Provide high-quality service, resolve customer issues, and build strong relationships with clients.
• Compliance:Ensure the branch adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
