As a Branch Manager at Vedantu, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing branch operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will ensure exceptional customer experience, achieve revenue targets, and maintain operational excellence within the branch.

- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Counselors / Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Branch Operations
- Oversee day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and policies.
- Maintain high levels of discipline, productivity, and service quality.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales strategies to achieve branch revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partners.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and share updates with senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, HR) to support growth initiatives.
- Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, preferably in EdTech sales.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA is a plus.
