Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Chikkaballapura. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing staff, achieving financial and operational targets, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The role also requires monitoring compliance with banking regulations and upholding the bank's commitment to exceptional customer service.

- Experience in operations management, customer relationship management, and implementing banking processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and ability to build client relationships
- Knowledge of financial products, banking services, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in analyzing data to achieve business goals and improve branch performance
- Relevant experience in the banking, financial services, or management domains
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
