Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Thalassery location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, ensure excellent patient care, and meet operational goals. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing financial performance, and implementing strategies to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide staff
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinic management
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to ensure efficient daily operations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and patients
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to handle challenges effectively
• Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and clinic compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in a dental or medical setting is an advantage
