Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, ensuring effective execution of institutional goals, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Branch Manager will lead and manage a team, plan and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and address client and staff concerns. Additional responsibilities include setting performance targets, managing budgets, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring alignment with MIA's mission and objectives. The role requires a strong focus on business development, team leadership, and efficient administration.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to guide, motivate, and lead teams towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Operations and Administration: Proven skills in supervising daily operations, budget management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with an ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Business Development: Experience in creating and executing effective strategies to drive branch growth and maximize performance.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in Education or Training Sector: Familiarity with operational dynamics of professional training institutions is an advantage.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with support platforms, education software, and MS Office Suite is desirable.
