Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BPO role based in Pune. As a part of the Mphasis BPO team, the candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing accurate and efficient solutions, maintaining high-quality standards in all interactions, handling data processing tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with team members to meet service level agreements and contributing to the company's operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in data processing, documentation, and time management.
- Familiarity with customer service processes and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and basic technical knowledge related to BPO operations.
- Experience in a similar role within the BPO industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site location in Pune.
- Educational qualification of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
