This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the BPO industry. As a Domestic BPO executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and issues.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Document and update customer information in the database accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work in shifts as required by the business.
