About The Role
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented
Business Operations Associate who is excited to work across finance and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving different kinds of problems, and is eager to gradually take ownership of systems and projects. You'll help keep the company's financial and operational processes running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day finance and operations processes, including tracking expenses, invoices, and basic reporting
- Follow and maintain internal processes and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Assist with operational tasks such as data tracking, vendor coordination, and internal requests
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements
- Maintain financial and operational data in spreadsheets or internal tools
- Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure they are completed accurately and on schedule
- Work with team members across functions to solve operational problems
