Salary Range: 20,000.00 INR to 40,000.00 INR (The salary is negotiable, based on experience and interview performance)
Role Description:
Onsite Mandatory(Hyderabad) and mandatory In-person Interview
- Sound knowledge of US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in bench sales qand Max 5 years of experience.
- Handling and placing bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors or Direct Clients.
- Relations build with the Vendors or Implementation partners on regular basis.
- Evaluate C2C requirements for bench consultant profiles from various job portals
- End to End staffing process knowledge, getting C2C requirements, evaluating with consultants, submissions, follow-ups, interview schedules, and placement confirmations.
- Should work in fast pace environment, be self-motivated, and work under less supervision.
- Good to have knowledge of hotlist sharing, cold calling, and rate negotiations for the placements.
- We are looking for Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter and Lead.
