Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Upwork at WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Mohali district. The BDM will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's Upwork profile, securing new projects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, creating proposals, bidding on relevant projects, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in IT services and international business development is a plus
