Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our Bench Sales and Consulting Practice. This is a growth-focused leadership role for someone who is excited to shape the future of a dynamic tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
• IT Bench Sales & Marketing:
• Promote bench candidates (CPT/OPT/H1B) and place them in client projects.
• Build relationships with implementation partners, staffing agencies, and clients.
• Manage job boards, LinkedIn, Dice, etc., to identify job opportunities.
• Client & Vendor Coordination:
• Set up meetings with clients and vendors.
• Serve as a key point of contact to present profiles and close deals.
• Ensure follow-ups and closures happen in a timely manner.
• Technology & Compliance Leadership:
• Work with internal teams to define roles, responsibilities, and tech stacks.
• Understand compliance aspects including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B procedures.
• Ensure all placements are compliant with federal regulations and client requirements.
• Process Management:
• Ensure daily marketing efforts and submissions.
• Maintain a tracker for profiles, submissions, interviews, and closures.
• Identify gaps, build a strong consultant pipeline, and own success metrics.
• Growth & Leadership:
• Be proactive, own initiatives, and support expansion into new markets.
• Help build and scale processes for future team members.
• Demonstrate leadership by ensuring results, quality, and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate:
• 1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales, IT Staffing, or Tech Marketing (preferred).
• Familiarity with CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, and international student placement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Comfortable in a startup-style, fast-growth environment.

Compensation:
• Base salary + performance-based commission
• Leadership track with potential equity as company grows
