Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting MY NONU's digital and service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and market feedback. The BDM will nurture long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth and brand expansion across digital and service channels.
Qualifications

  • Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, client relationship building, and deal closure.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain digital and service offerings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online branding concepts to position MY NONU's solutions effectively.
  • Analytical and organizational skills to assess market trends, track KPIs, manage CRM tools, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in IT, digital services, or e-commerce is an advantage).
  • Comfort with virtual communication tools and a readiness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
