Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in South Delhi. The BDE will identify and qualify prospective retail and enterprise clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present Truman.Global's workforce platform and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and growing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals in alignment with business targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reporting and feedback for continuous improvement. The BDE will also gather market insights, represent Truman.Global at relevant events or meetings, and uphold a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Basic understanding of the retail sector, workforce solutions, or gig economy platforms is preferred.
- Ability to analyze client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and present solutions clearly and confidently.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple opportunities, and meeting defined targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and standard office productivity software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is an advantage.
