Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Investment Manager role located in Calicut. The Investment Manager will oversee the development and execution of investment strategies, manage client portfolios, and provide expert financial advice. Responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring effective risk management. The role also requires close collaboration with clients to align financial solutions with their objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly roadmaps to drive business objectives.
• Coordinate team activities, manage task execution, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, delivering personalized wealth management solutions.
• Oversee HR initiatives, from talent acquisition to team development and performance management.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting and full compliance with SEBI regulations and industry standards.
• Manage lead pipelines, track conversions, and implement growth strategies to expand our client base.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• B.com/M.com/MBA(Finance) or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in wealth management, mutual funds, or similar financial services industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in wealth management or fintech.
