Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Bartender role based in Mumbai. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, and ensuring compliance with all safety and hygiene standards. Core tasks include taking and fulfilling drink orders, managing bar inventory, handling payments, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Bartender will also collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an excellent guest experience and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Expertise in Bartending and preparing a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drink offerings.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage to assist in pairing drinks with menu items and provide recommendations.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating point-of-sale systems for completing transactions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
