- Roles & Responsibilities:*
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Sales and Purchase accounting entries
Voucher entries in Tally ERP
Invoice and Challan preparation & verification
E-way Bill generation and compliance
Account Finalization
Cost Center accounting in Tally ( Preferrable)
Salary working and payroll-related calculations
Vendor payments through RTGS / NEFT / Online Payments
Petty cash handling and reconciliation
Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
vendor coordination for payment
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
Excellent command over MS Excel (all major formulas)
Knowledge of online banking and payment processes
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
2–3 years of relevant experience
Mandatory experience in a CA Firm
Candidates residing in or near Thane (Wagle Estate) preferred
