Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to promote and sell basic insurance products (life, health, vehicle, etc.)
  • Product Knowledge: Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and claims procedures
  • Lead Generation: Follow up on existing leads or contact cold prospects to generate new business
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade and convert leads into paying customers while meeting monthly targets
  • Customer Queries: Resolve inquiries related to policies, terms, claims, and coverage
  • CRM & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Target Achievement: Meet individual sales goals and team objectives consistently

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 12th Pass or Higher
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior sales/insurance experience are welcome
  • Age: 18 35 years
  • Languages: Hindi (mandatory); Marathi/English is a plus
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude and ability to explain complex products clearly
  • Ability to work independently and handle objections effectively
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
