Job Summary:
The Inside Sales / Lead Qualification Executive will be responsible for outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up to qualify potential customers from clinics and hospitals. This role focuses on validating leads through calls and other communication channels, understanding requirements, and deciding whether a lead should be progressed to the demo team or closed as non-qualified.
Job Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to clinics and hospitals to introduce Rymo's solutions and qualify leads.
Follow up on inbound leads from the website, and campaigns via cold calling calls and other social media platforms
Identify decision-makers, understand requirements, and assess interest for demos.
Classify leads and hand over the qualified leads to the sales/demo team.
Update all interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with sales and demo teams and follow defined calling and qualification processes.
