- Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, and process standardization.
- Must demonstrate proven track record in process optimization and driving efficiency improvements across functions.
- Mandatory exposure to ERP & CRM implementation/integration, preferably Sell.Do and In4Suite.
- Should have experience in working closely with process owners and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Preference for candidates who have handled process audits and governance frameworks.
