KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reaching out to SME's - Small & Medium Scale enterprises offering steel wire products.
Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients while generating new business.
Negotiate and finalize quotations, payment terms, and delivery terms until order execution and payment receipt.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistic teams for smooth process flow.
Analyse clients and assess their credibility before placing any orders.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
Visit esteemed customers at regular intervals and build rapport with their Quality, Production, and Management teams.
