Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:Research and identify potential clients and industries to target for B2B sales
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and industry research

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand clients needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions and establish trust

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals while maximizing profits
  • Address client concerns and objections in a professional manner to secure sales

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions for improving sales performance

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and sales cycle management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events
