Job Description B2B Sales (FMCG/Beverages)

- Drive and expand B2B sales operations across the assigned territory within the FMCG/Beverage category, including Tea, Coffee, and allied products.
- Develop and manage a strong distributor and vendor network while ensuring effective utilization and control of company assets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Corporates, Caterers, Institutions, and wholesale partners to grow the business base.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard key accounts in HoReCa, corporate sales, and gifting segments.
- Achieve assigned primary and secondary sales targets through consistent market execution and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance trackers.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, accounts, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Represent the brand professionally while engaging with premium and high-value clients.
- Use Excel and CRM tools effectively for data management, reporting, and customer tracking.
