Job Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Sales Activation programs across multiple global B2B technology clients.
  • Translate client goals into structured program plans, workflows, KPIs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure programs achieve commercial targets across meetings, opportunities, pipeline creation, and influenced revenue.
  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high delivery quality standards.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, briefings, QBRs, and performance reviews.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Teams.
  • Align messaging, targeting, value propositions, and sales plays with client revenue motions.
  • Support development of sales enablement assets such as talk tracks, sequencing logic, outreach scripts, and persona frameworks.
  • Champion value-based selling, challenger methodologies, and datadriven sales activation best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and enable a team, setting clear expectations, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive operational excellence through streamlined processes, performance tracking, and workflow optimisation.
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and analytics-ensuring accuracy, insightfulness, and actionability.
  • Utilise platforms including Outreach.io and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for sequencing, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Drive innovation, including AIenabled sales activation, automation opportunities, and enhanced program efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Media, Analytics, and Client Services teams to deliver integrated programs.
  • Contribute to evolving the Sales Activation offering with new services, capabilities, and marketleading practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience across sales, account management, customer success, sales enablement, or revenue operations.
  • At least 2 years managing and enabling highperforming teams.
  • Strong exposure to the B2B technology sector-either agency-side or in-house.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with measurable commercial impact.
  • Expertise in B2B sales motions, valuebased selling, account strategies, and enterprise sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Outreach.io, CRM platforms, sequencing tools, or sales engagement software.
  • Highly analytical, with strong skills in data reporting, dashboarding, tracking, program optimisation, and KPI alignment.
  • Experience with AI tools, automation, or AIenabled sales workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior revenue leaders.
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, global environments.
